The Board of the Silverton Fire Protection District # 2 shall consist of five (5) members serving four (4) year staggered terms.  No person shall be eligible to be a Board member, who is not at the time of election or appointment an elector or property owner in the District.

Each Board member shall be identified by position number and will serve at large representing the District as a whole.
